Branzini – sea bass for dinner. Yesterday morning, John bought homemade cheese from a lady who came by the boat and shortly after, three sea bass or branzini from a fisherman as he came in from the sea.

John made the branzini for dinner. I did a little research on branzini, as I know Ados, the restaurant on the corner in Marina del Rey, often has it on their menu.

We just tried the cheese with wine and local salami as it is the cocktail hour – oh, who needs an excuse! It is a white cheese and pretty mild. Local salami, cheese and Babic wine… feeling pretty good.
